Orders will generally be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on the availability, some items may be sold out while being processed. Orders are only charged when the order is ready to ship. Please note we require the Credit Card Authorization form AT ALL TIMES. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.

We ship most orders via FedEx for domestic shipments. For international shipments we use USPS. This mainly applies to small number of packages.
We also use a variety of carriers for bulk loads shipments. These include UCL, EDI, JIT, Pelham, JIT, CSA, PLC Logistics, along with many others in the Los Angeles area.
You can also pick up goods at the warehouse, but please make sure invoice has been cleared with your customer service agent. Thank you
